Summary:
At Sinclair, we are driven to “Find the need and endeavor to meet it.” This guiding charge dates to 1887, when David A. Sinclair founded an adult training school and established the city of Dayton as a center for education and training that would meet the region’s needs. We continue this tradition today.

Sinclair’s Workforce Development department is leading the investigation into how we meet the needs of tomorrow’s workforce by weaving the concept of “Digital Thread” into Industry 4.0 standards in support of the region’s manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. Join us to learn about our Digital Thread Initiative and how you can be a part of supporting digital transformation in the workplace.
